What is Structure?

Structure is a private, local-first AI assistant for real-estate work. It runs as an app on your own computer and helps you run the numbers and organize projects. Deal workspaces are coming later.

Who is it for?

Real-estate investors, developers, project managers and agents, whether you work on your own or as part of a brokerage, firm or team.

What's the difference between Personal and Office?

Personal is for one person working on their own. Office, for brokerages and teams, is planned after Personal: it will let you choose who sees which deals, keep a record of who did what, and confirm before sensitive files leave.

Is my data private?

With a local model, your chats are processed on your own machine. Cloud models are optional, and the app tells you where data goes before anything is sent.

Will it send anything without asking me?

You approve before anything goes to a client, from your computer or your phone.

Does it work with the tools I already use?

Google connections for Drive, Gmail and Calendar are coming later. Structure will ask only for the access each feature needs and won't send your Google data to our servers. Structure's use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Which computers will it run on?

Structure is coming to macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later on Apple Silicon, Windows 10 (22H2) or later, and 64-bit Linux, including ARM. See the provisional requirements and check your computer.
